Effective 2026-08-24. 125DillonDrive.com is an independent commercial-real-estate research website. This policy describes what we collect and why. This page is provided for transparency and is subject to legal review; it is not a substitute for legal advice.

What we collect

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate site usage (pages viewed, referral sources, coarse geography, calculator usage events). GA4 sets cookies. For visitors in the EEA/UK/Switzerland, analytics storage is denied by default via Google Consent Mode. IP anonymization is enabled. Calculator events carry only predefined categories and counts — the values you type into the underwriter are never transmitted.
• Email. If you email us, we receive what you send and use it to respond and to correct the site.
• We collect no accounts, no forms with personal data, and no payment information. We do not sell personal information.

Processors

Google LLC (Google Analytics 4) processes analytics data on our behalf; hosting is provided by Cloudflare, which processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) to serve the site and protect it from abuse.

Retention

GA4 event-level data is retained 14 months. Correspondence is retained as long as needed to address it.

Your choices
